Refunds are NOT provided for:

  • Digital downloads of any kind
  • Failure to use the purchased product
  • Change of mind after purchase

Once payment is completed, access cannot be revoked, which is why refunds are not applicable.

3. Online Courses (Non-Refundable)

All course purchases are final. This is because:

  • Course content becomes instantly accessible
  • Downloadable materials are unlocked immediately
  • Video lessons are streamed without restrictions

We do not guarantee specific results such as job placement, speaking fluency, income growth, or business success.

4. Ebooks, Guides & Digital Downloads

All digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable because:

  • They can be saved, copied, or stored permanently
  • We cannot revoke downloaded files

Thus, no refund is offered once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

5. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases)

Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following rare situations:

  • You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment)
  • Technical issues prevented access to the product, and our support team was unable to fix it
  • The purchase was made due to a verified system error
